The HOA fee for Genesis Pointe Condominium Association for 2025 is currently $ 420.00 per month. The HOA fee covers, Exterior Building Insurance, Water and Sewer, Garbage and Yard Maintenance, as well as all other costs associated with maintaining the amenities and other business operations for Genesis Pointe.
All meetings of the Association are open to all residents, except those meetings between an employee or where legal matters will be discussed.
