Welcome to Genesis Pointe

Genesis Pointe was developed as a Christian Retirement Community in the late 80's for those 55 and older. They 

wanted to create a safe and welcoming neighborhood that they could enjoy during their retirement  years. We have 48 condominium homes and are located near Warner University. We continue to thrive as a close-knit community.

We live in  a beautiful park like setting with a clubhouse for all our friendly gatherings and events. There is a pool table and piano for use by residents. We have activities and dinners, as well as other fun happenings throughout the year. 

We  have a beautiful relaxing pool that is just right for those hot summer days.

These amenities provide opportunities for families to enjoy the outdoors and stay active.
